Tucked comfortably in the heart of the domed city, the B-District, or the "business" district, is the commercial hub of Titan Garden. Characterized by its glass towers and glowing advertisements, the B-District draws a lot of foot traffic from station residents and layovered travelers alike, its boutique shops and gourmet restaurants making it a popular tourist destination, second only to Titan's famous entertainment district. Parva's Imparvium stocks the bleeding edge in wearable technology from all corners of Sol, try on the latest fashion at Nælqino or catch a big stage performance at the Alleycat Theater. Be sure to book a reservation at the Trident well in advance, the restaurant's gentle atmosphere and convergence of three cooking styles always draws high-end business diners and hungry romantics alike. Try Qaab for stronger quills. Drink Spapi, it's the fizzilator. Welcome to the big city!
Since Titan Garden is a commercial hub for the entire Sol system it's natural that most interplanetary corporations maintain offices on the station. Corporate logos and animated mascots emblazon the skyline of the B-District, looming above the street-level ads and trainside billboards like kings and lords of their industries. While these corporations maintain home offices on their world of origin it's often the Titan branch that sees the most traffic from intersecting, collaborating or competing companies- the glass spires of the B-District are vaults teeming with valuable data just ripe for the picking. Thieving little birds will often try their luck at a corporate tower, but heists like that are strictly for professionals. In addition to their top-of-the-line security technologies, the B-District's corporate offices enjoy the conspicuous protection of plain sight, existing at the center of a colony that never sleeps. The pay for security detail is exceptional, attracting talent to protect these offices, but the pay for clandestinely stealing a rival corporation's jeweled secrets is even better. If you dress as clean as your résumé there's plenty of work to be had in the B-District.
In contrast to the A-District's rough & tumble residents, the B-District tends to be trafficked by the affluent and white-collared. The station's rumbling transit system connects all of its districts, so a night on the town isn't out of anyone's reach, but for people with means a more-spacious and less-compacted living accommodation can be had in the beating heart of the city. Housing in the B-District can range from cozy to kingly, exclusive penthouses overlooking the whole of the Garden's sprawl, with secure lobbies and key-coded elevators to guarantee privacy in an outworld space colony where privacy is no guarantee. For everyone else it's a trainride up to midtown to see the B-District but those who can afford it are greeted with a breathtaking view of Saturn outside the Garden's diamond-glass dome from their home above the station's walls.
The B-District isn't just shops and corpos, it's also the medical hub of Titan Garden. Being conveniently centered near the station's inner pillar, Titan General Hospital is located in the B-District, offering emergency care to the station's residents from all sectors. Airborne traffic on Titan is restricted to the outer ring of the Dockyards but emergency vehicles have special clearance to pass between the city's towers, often ferrying distressed starfarers from emergency services straight to Titan General. Clinics, pharmacies and urgent care centers operated by Titan General can be found throughout the station; while the B-District's housing is exclusive to the well-bankrolled, no one on Titan is turned away from medical care for lack of ability to pay.
One of the more popular offshoots of Titan's medical industry, in part due to the rigors and dangers of life in space, is its cybernetics wing. Many of Titan's residents sport some mineral component grafted to their organic bodies, and whether you have a need or a desire to join their numbers the cybernetics clinics you'll want to visit are all found in the B-District, in close proximity to Titan General. Like any other good or service, starfarers seeking prosthetics have a range of styles to choose from, with different clinics offering their own hardware with its own unique strengths and drawbacks. If you've been thinking of getting augmented consultation is available to match your needs to the right product; if you've just been stitched up and you're resting in one of their beds Titan General offers a range of brochures and holodata for the newly-shorn to peruse while they heal. Whatever the root of your needs, aftercare is important and regular check-ins with your cybernetics technician are recommended. It isn't uncommon for newly-grafted recipients of cybernetics to feel a bit self-conscious about their hardware, but the train lines to the medical sector are often populated with residents openly sporting their own metal parts, many on their way to a check-up, and seeing how normal and accepted cybernetics are can go a long way to making a new patient feel a bit better.
Whatever your business is on Titan Garden, odds are you'll loop through the B-District at some point or another. If you're lucky enough to swing by during the winter season you'll get to see the art and architecture of the midtown tower district dusted in a blanket of snow, courtesy of the overhead weather simulators. The open streets and glowing signs paint a picturesque portrait of a homeworld cityscape in this remote corner of space. Keep a camera on you in your travels, you'll never know what you might see on the crosswalks or causeways of Titan's bustling city center.
