Regina, aka Breeze, is a young Martian who is currently in school studying Veterinary Science. Outside of her academic studies, Regina is the leader of the Ring City Wreckers, a notable gang of graffiti writers who have been putting paint up in all corners of Titan Garden for years. She has a deep love for animals and aspires to provide care for pets "whose people gotta take 'em with them all over the universe cuz like, where else are they gonna go, you know?" People often think Regina is cold or stand-offish, but that couldn't be further from the truth- she's got two hearts and one of them is filled with warmth and empathy, she just kinda has that look on her face that makes people think otherwise. Being a softie for critters doesn't mean she's a pushover, though; she's not the leader of the Wreckers for no reason! Her second heart beats ice cold, and when there's trouble for her crew or the creatures she loves, that's the heart that beats loudest. You play with the Wreckers, you'll see stars and checkers. Write it down so you don't forget it.

The Ring City Wreckers began as a group of friends from the A-District's PS-21, better known as Pewley Fuddsworth Technical High School, who wanted a creative outlet for themselves after their school's art program was cut for budgetary concessions. They'd often see big, colorful tags go up in visible, hard-to-reach places when they'd take the train to or from school, or anywhere else in the Garden, and they'd fill notebooks with bright marker designs of their own and share their ideas in class- they'd never see who put up those tags but they all knew their names, and they always thought there was something real powerful about that, about declaring "I Am Here" for the whole station to know, whether they want to or not. No one in their crew was shy about sharing what they thought, and if something one of them drew looked busted or it didn't work someone else in the friend circle would say as much. Don't take it personal, they're only saying it cuz something you put down reached out and bounced off them like that; it's reverb from your own hand, so tune it up and try again. This group of friends gravitated together and they stuck together, and when their art program was cut and the art room they'd meet up in was converted to storage, they met after school, worked on their designs and started throwing them up on walls of their own. At first they tried spraying out-of-the-way little surfaces that Titan Security guys wouldn't catch them painting on, but as they started doing it more and got better at their lettering they branched out and began putting their tags up in more visible spots. They got the boot from their art room but they'd say "I Am Here" big and loud, and everyone would have to see it whether they cared to or not, and that pleased them. Eventually they'd put up their tags and come back another day and see someone else's busted-looking tag painted overtop of theirs, and that wouldn't do. They wouldn't let someone speak overtop of them like that. That's when the Ring City Wreckers really got rolling.

Regina's handle is Breeze, "cuz I come through so quick they never know I'm there." She likes to work in a big, bold style that gets a lot of impact without getting too tangled up in details, letting her hit up really visible, high-risk spots and get out before Titan Security oafs like Grup get a hold of her. Breeze tags often use two bright colors to create a striking pattern inside of large, rounded letters- she likes clouds for the imagery but she'll throw up quick treeline silhouettes or city skylines or other kinds of patterns if she's going for a particular theme. One of Breeze's other little visual shorthands is to put shapes or designs over the loop holes in her tags- these are usually in the B's and R's, but she'll sometimes put them in the tongs of the E's as well if she has an idea that really works. By closing up these gaps she has a lot more open space in her lettering to put her patterns and designs in, and for expedience she can just paint the designs overtop of a pattern instead of needing to break up the pattern to not fill in a loop; it's a small part of what lets Breeze blow through a spot like the wind. She likes to cook up designs in her sketchbook using bright markers or highlighter pens, anything that's vibrant and easily-accessible. Markers are great practice for putting together designs that can go up quickly, since she can try a design a few times and work out the right color order to paint it up in before she hits a wall to put up the real thing- lighter colors go down first, thicker inks overtop of that and black outlines are the last step, going into her sketchbooks as a permanent marker and going up on walls as the cans of paint that park right on top of the lighter layers without any issue. She'll fill a page with take after take of the same design idea until she's confident she can layer it on quick; Breeze never shows up to work unprepared.

The Wreckers have all graduated out of Pewley Fuddsworth but they're still active throughout the Garden. Regina's still got a chip in her shoulder about losing their art room in highschool, she runs her Wreckers so their art can go up where everyone can see it, especially the station administration and double-especially Titan Security, and double-triple especially Grup in particular. She still wants to be a veterinarian and she still wants to help the creatures that don't choose to be up in outer space like this, but she doesn't want her rogue's gallery of antagonists to think she gave up on her art and disappeared. She's got two hearts to hold a lot of grudges in, and as long as Breeze is still kicking around everyone's gonna know it. The Ring City Wreckers don't get shut down or pushed out, they get bigger and louder, and for all the times her tag shows up on administrative buildings in the D-District, no one in Titan Security has been able to catch her. You can't cage a breeze, it slips right through your fingers, and no matter what kind of walls you put up to stop it, you're gonna hear it blow by, whether you want to or not.
