Roflfox is a Terran machine and electronics repair technician and the owner of Altair Electronic Service & Repair, a small technology repair shop located in Titan Garden's A-District. Clever and attentive, Roflfox has a strong knack for spotting and solving problems of every kind, which he likes to put to use as a repairman for beloved old things. He can be a bit shy at times, and isn't always sure what the right way to be is around other people, but thankfully he has the support of the rest of the Altair team to help interact with customers so he can focus on doing the thing he loves best: taking stuff apart and putting it back together again. Despite his shyness, he's been known to run electronic media festivals now and then around Titan, bringing people together to share in their common love for technology.

Altair Electronics was imagined in the fashion of old Terran vacuum repair shops: it's a place where people can bring stuff they already have to fix it when it breaks, rather than throw it out and spend even more credits buying something new. Titan is a bustling melting pot, so tech from all corners of the Sol system end up finding their way into the Altair front office- an absolute dream for a fix-it fella like Roflfox. There's beauty in old things, and in a crowded little space hub like Titan Garden it's wasteful to throw something out when it's got a perfectly fixable problem, take it down to Altair Electronics and that fluffy blue Terran will fix it up good as new! Roflfox maintains good friendships with Grizzly John and the Red Raven crew, frequently popping by the scrap and salvage shops looking for the right parts to get an old piece of tech back on its feet.

Being an old friend of Amy Redraven, it may come as no surprise that Roflfox and the Altair Electronics team run secondary operations after the shop closes up for the night. Believing strongly in the liberation of information and generally being a stone in the shoe of interplanetary corporations, Roflfox loves to pry into databases he doesn't belong in and extract information kept secret, or right a digital wrong. People in the A-District will often lament a fine or a ticket they received from Titan Security, and if those complaints happen to land on Roflfox's pointy ears, he'll find his way into Titan's central database and mark a ticket as paid or expunge an infraction from a person's record and presto! Problem's gone! Space is a harrowing enough place without having to endure the petty stings of bureaucracy, and Roflfox is never above doing little things for the little guy, but his favorite thing of all is hunting big game targets, namely the Megacorps.

There are a few big corpos who have grown beyond the boundaries of their homeworld and whose business ties a string to many people across all the worlds of Sol, and they can never be trusted to do right by those people or wield their power responsibly, and that's where the Altair crew come in. He doesn't particularly discriminate, but a favorite target of Roflfox's is Delta Astronautics, the Terran starship conglomerate. Delta's built a huge business off the backs of its Androids, corralling them into next-gen shells under threat of their EOL patches and taking on debt and interest to pay for the privilege. After closing up for the night, Roflfox will often type his way into Delta's central databases to make payments on HAL droids' debts out of Delta subsidiary shell accounts, or crack the latest serial number generation algorithm in order to help older Deltas avoid debt collection with a verified falsified serial number, making them harder to track down. He'll also find his way into Accra and United servers, liberating unreleased old media collections from the archives of the former corporation and publicizing redacted executive records from the latter. Executive data from any megacorp is generally a fun target to pick away at, since you can cause some high-profile headaches with the right account numbers and a heart filled with mischief.

While he may be a puckish rogue, Roflfox isn't a tough guy or a scrappy fighter- he prefers to do his work from the comfort of a workshop or from behind the glow of a computer terminal. He does get ideas for some jobs, some helpful hacks, that he can't achieve with just a computer and a connection to the holonet, though. When a job needs the hands-on approach, Roflfox will look to his old pal Amy and her band of thieving corvids and hire them on to lend a little on-site muscle to an operation. Most corporate monoliths house their central databases in well-secured towers, and while Roflfox can pull up building schematics and identify locations where a well-placed systems bypass node would allow him remote access through corpo security protocols, he doesn't have the sand to sneak into the building and place the bypass node himself. The Red Raven crew, rogues one and all, are well-equipped to be his boots on the ground, and so are frequent collaborators with Altair Electronics. Roflfox will cook up the doodads he needs, and Red Raven will ensure that they are discretely placed inside secure physical spaces without drawing unwanted attention. By the time corporate security realizes there's been a breach Roflfox will already have done what he came to do, bettering someone else's life at the expense of those with infinite-expenses.

Giants walk among us, leaving big footprints in our land, so always keep your head up and be a sharp nail in the floorboards.
